MAHENDRANAGAR, Oct 22: A 12 year old boy from Bhimdatta municipality 12, Kanchanpur has been accused of raping a three year old neighbor on Sunday evening.
According to Police Spokesperson DSP Krishna Raj Ojha, the boy had allegedly raped the child after luring her aside from her house.

The victim has been taken to the hospital for necessary treatment, DSP Ojha added further.
"We will probe further into the case," Ojha said.
Almost four months ago, 13 year old Nirmala Panta from Bhimdutta municipality-2 was raped and murdered brutally. Her body was found on July 27. Months later, Panta's murderer is yet to be nabbed.
