Gurung re-elected in handball

KATHMANDU, Sept 27: Tej Bahadur Gurung was re-elected as the president of Nepal Handball Association by the third general assembly of the association in Pokhara on Sunday.



The general assembly elected 17-member central committee, which includes Ram Krishna KC as senior vice-president, Sandesh Kumar Regmi as general secretary and Mitharam Adhikari as treasurer.

Similarly, Jaya Sharma, Jiban Basnet and Bhim KC were elected as vice-presidents, while Keshab Pathak and Ratna Jyoti Manandhar got elected as secretaries.


Rabin Dhaubadel, Prakash Sunuwar, Narendra Raj Joshi, Pitamber Acharya, Binod Khulal, Abhaya Kumar Basnet, Biratman Bajracharya and Gyanendra Gajurel were elected as members of the association.
