KATHMANDU, Sept 30: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Rishi Ram Ghimire as the Ambassador to Russia.
A press release issued Friday by the Office of the President stated that President Bhandari appointed Ghimire to the post at the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 282 of the Constitution. RSS
