KATHMANDU, Sept 13: A dog which was swept four kilometers downstream by the swollen Dhobikhola river on Wednesday afternoon was rescued alive by a youth.  The hapless dog was paddling in the river with rescuers on motorbikes alongside the Dhobikhola corridor following it in an attempt to save the poor canine from drowning.
