KATHMANDU, Feb 7: The ruling CPN(Maoist Center) has said that the Millennium Challenge Compact (MCC) agreement won’t be endorsed through parliament unless there is a national consensus among all parties. The coalition partner has also said that the party cannot support the endorsement of the MCC Agreement through parliament without bringing amendments in some of the controversial provisions of the Agreement.
