The Nepal Stock Exchange dropped around three points in the initial trading hour and traded flat in the afternoon. KATHMANDU, Oct 17: A secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) on Wednesday issued directives to its subordinate committees to recommend candidates for the November by-elections.

DHANGADHI, Oct 17: Construction of the postal highway has not gained momentum even though it was declared a national pride project by the government.
