RATNANAGAR (CHITWAN), June 6: The police here has arrested a man on the charge of pedophilia.  Police arrested 53-year-old Himlal Sunar of Narayani Municipality-10 in west Chitwan for his involvement in sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy from the locality.

KATHMANDU, June 5: Water vapour-rich winds rising from the Bay of Bengal and local winds caused rainfalls that continues in various parts of the country for the past few days, said the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).  The MFD said that as a result of this, there is a weather change across various parts of the country today and some parts of eastern, western and mid western regions received rainfalls.

KATHMANDU, June 5: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Ananda Prasad Pokharel, today said the carbon emission from other countries was affecting Nepal.  At a programme held to launch 'Environmental Law Journal' to coincide with the World Environment Day by Environmental Development and Conservation Legal Forum, Minister Pokharel said Nepal was forced to bear the brunt of carbon emission of western countries.
