KATHMANDU, May 23: Human rights activists have demanded the removal of statute of limitations for rape cases. They have sought a prompt amendment to the law regarding rape and the removal of limit for registering a case against the crime.

KATHMANDU, May 23: This year’s Darnal Award for Social Justice (DASJ) 2022 will be awarded to Karnali Arts Centre (KAC), a community-based arts organization from Nepal and Equality Labs (EL), a U.S.-based  Dalit civil rights organization.
