Lightning strike kills woman

UDAYAPUR, May 22: A lightning strike killed a woman on Sunday morning in Udayapur. 45 years old Bhakta Kumari Budhathoki of Katari Municipality-11 Gothdanda, died after she was struck by lightning when it was raining with strong winds in the morning.
Budhathoki was at her home when the lightning struck her and severely injured her. She died during her treatment in Katari Hospital at 9:15 in the morning.
The Area Police Office of Katari reported that the dead body of the woman is at the hospital itself.
