KATHMANDU, Dec 31: The meeting of the Lumbini Provincial Assembly will begin today following a decision to recommend the convening of the fifth session of the Provincial Assembly to the Provincial Governor.
Governor Durlabh Kumar Pun has informed that the Provincial Assembly session will start at 2 PM today. According to him, the Speaker is expected to read and announce letters received from the Governor's office, followed by goodwill statements from the parties. The winter session is expected to give a conceptual agreement on the Provincial Cinema Bill. The fourth session of provincial assembly had concluded on September 16.
