The program that started at 2 in the afternoon, went on till 8 pm with equal enthusiasm from the audience. 1974 AD, Mukti & Revival, Robin & the New Revolution, Abhaya & the Steam Injuns, Sabin Rai & Elektrix, Nima Rumba & The Legend Band, and The Shadows mesmerized the audience with their performance. The audiences seemed to enjoy Nima Rumba’s Aau aau na and 1974 AD’s Timilai piratile baadhaunla the most, among others.
Altogether, the bands performed around three dozen songs. Pokhara’s local band Milan and All Red warmed up the audience with their brilliant performance for half an hour prior to the concert.
The musical journey that had kicked off on September 11 from Nepalgunj, has already reached the music enthusiasts of Butwal, Narayangadh, Dharan and Pokhara. According Gorkha Brewery’s Brand Marketing Manager Saurav Karanjeet, the concert series will conclude on October 5, with a grand concert at Dashrath Stadium. All the performing bands and artists are totally excited about the upcoming concert in Kathmandu.
