Traffic strike hits Mechi, Koshi

BHADRAPUR, Nov 23: Normal life in Mechi and Koshi zone was affected Tuesday due to a transportation strike called by Limbuwan Federal Democratic Party.



Vehicles plying on East-West Highway, Koshi Highway and on some other roads in the zones stayed off the road owing to the strike. Hundreds of passengers have been stranded on the road.



Limbuwan called the strike demanding release of its cadres arrested by police from Bayarwan of Morang district three weeks ago.
