TMDP prepared for polls

KATHMANDU, June 16 : Vice Chairman of Tarai Madhes Democratic Party Brikhesh Chandra Lal has said that his party was prepared to go to the fresh Constituent Assembly (CA) polls. “Federalism, inclusiveness and autonomous Madhesh province would be the agenda of the party for the upcoming election”, said Lal. Speaking at a function organized by TMDP in Birgunj, Lal claimed that a broader alliance of Madhes-based parties was a must to institutionalize the rights of the Madheshi people. “Madheshi issues can not be addressed unless Madheshi parties unite,” added Lal. He also urged all the Madhes-based parties to participate in the polls.
