Swiss ambassador pays farewell call on Prez

KATHMANDU, July 1: Ambassador of Switzerland to Nepal, Thomas Gass paid a farewell call on President Dr Ram Braan Yadav at the Rsahtrapati Bhawan, Shital Niwas on Tuesday afternoon.On the occasion, they discussed bilateral relations as well as other topics of mutual interest and concern, the Office of the President stated.[break]



President Dr Yadav expressed gratitude for the assistance Switzerland is providing for the socio-economic development of Nepal and hoped the cooperation would be continued in the future as well. Ambassador Gass is returning home on Friday, July 5, on completion of his four-year tenure.
