"A national consensus government should be formed under Congress leadership for this," she said addressing a function in Nepalgunj on Saturday.[break]
Saying that Congress has made a lot of sacrifice for peace and constitution, Koirala said, "Now it is the turn of the UCPN (Maoist) to be flexible."
She also urged her party´s cadres to be party-oriented, not leader-oriented and added that the party will give them responsibilities on the basis of their performance.
