KATHMANDU, June 9: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that the new constitution will be promulgated through a ‘super fast-track system’.

Addressing the press meet at the party’s headquarters on Tuesday, Oli said the 16-point deal among four major forces has opened the door for constitution writing.

He claimed that the Constituent Assembly (CA) will enforce the new statute through process at the soonest.

“As told by the PM, the constitution writing will be through super fast-track,” he said.

On the occasion, he claimed the UML has not backtracked from the issues it had been raising since long.

“Stance should be on aim, not on number,” Oli said, “We never turned back from our aim.”

Saying that power, government and leadership are secondary issues, leader Oli portrayed statute writing as a major one.
