KATHMANDU, Dec 20: Nepal have been eliminated in the Super Four of the ACC Women's U-19 Asia Cup, after losing to Bangladesh by 9 wickets in their last Super Four match on Friday.

Nepal, after defeating Pakistan and sharing points with India in the group stage, reached the Super Four. However, due to rain disruptions, Nepal shared points with Sri Lanka in their first Super Four match on Thursday. With only two points, Nepal were unable to advance to the next stage.

At the Bayuemas Oval in Kuala Lumpur of Malaysia, Bangladesh chased down Nepal's modest target of 55 runs in 9.5 overs, losing just one wicket. Fahmida Choya remained not out at 26, while Mosammat Eva scored 18 runs. The partnership of 46 runs between Eva and Choya for the first wicket laid the foundation for the victory. Sumaiya Suborna remained unbeaten for 10 runs.
