Six fuel tankers enter through eastern border point

KAKADVITTA, Oct 6: Six tankers carrying petroleum products had entered into Nepal through the eastern border point Kakadvitta.

Among the six tankers, three are carrying diesel, two petrol and one aviation fuel. The Mechi Petroleum Dealers Association chair Laya Bhandari informed that among these tankers, one tanker carrying petrol and next diesel have been sent to Panchthar and Taplejung.


He added that as many as 20 tankers were filled with fuel and 17 are in the process of filling in Silguri Depot, India by this afternoon.

These tankers would enter Nepal by tomorrow and it would ease the fuel supply in Jhapa from tomorrow, he said. RSS
