She might have died of lack of oxygen in the cylinder, said Liaison Officer Gyanendra Shrestha.
Shrestha said she was gone on the ascent through the High Adventure Expedition under the management of the Happy Feat Trekking Agency.
She had successfully climbed from south-eastern face from the team led by US climber William Michel Burk. The team had 11 members.
Likewise, Dr. Erick Everhard Skaff, 82, of Germany, Song Ban Win of South Korea and Bin Ri of China also died while returning from successful climb.
Skaff died at 8,700 meter and their bodies are being brought to base camp. But the works were hampered by adverse weather condition. One climbing Sherpa died while coming down to camp two from base camp with goods of climbers after falling in a crevasse and another climbing Sherpa died of altitude sickness.
Nine climbers were also injured in the ascent. They will be taken to Kathmandu for treatment as some have lost eye sight.
Some 150 climbers are waiting to reach the world´s highest summit even as the weather has worsened from Tuesday.
