SAPTARI, July 5: Classes in Janata Secondary School in Tarahi of Saptari have been disrupted for the last three weeks due to a lockout at the school.

Parents complained that the study of over 500 students has been affected due to the lockout and the district administration and education offices have taken no initiative to resume the classes.

Locals had locked out the school accusing Principal Kumarlal Raya of financial irregularity and denying attendance to a teacher, Pukalit Mukhiya, who was transferred to the school.
