Royal Shoe turns two

KATHMANDU: Royal Shoe, a product of Royal Footwear, has completed first year of operation. “Within a year of establishment, Royal Shoes have achieved tremendous success in terms of sales and satisfying the customers," Bhim Poudyal, chairman of the company, said at a program.



According to the company, Royal Footwear was established with the objective of discouraging import of foreign footwear. “We will extend our services by opening outlets in different parts of the country in the near future,” Poudyal said.



The company, which has production capacity of 1,000 pairs of shoes a day, is currently producing 500 pairs, a press release issued on Monday said.
