PM's press adviser attacked

KATHMANDU, May 19: Two unidentified persons attacked the prime minister´ press adviser Ram Rijhan Yadav on Saturday.



The assailants manhandled Yadav, while he along with Indra Bhusan Yadav, an engineer who also hails from his native place, was returning from Singha Durbar to his rented apartment at Thapagaon.



According to Yadav, he had a minor altercation with the assailants after their car  (Ba 5 Cha 2904) ran over Indra´s foot. "I only asked the driver if he knew how to drive a car. Two persons came out of the car after it stopped some meters ahead  and slapped me," he said.



The assailants along with the car are absconding.
