CHITWAN, June 21: Prime Minister Balen Shah has arrived in Chitwan to participate in the first general convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).
He reached Chitwan around 11 AM on Saturday to attend the inauguration ceremony scheduled for 2 PM.

The Prime Minister is expected to jointly inaugurate the event with RSP chair Rabi Lamichhane by ringing a ceremonial bell.
The convention venue has been decorated with portraits of both Rabi Lamichhane and Balen Shah. The event will continue until June 23.
