At a meeting with the cadres organized in Biratnagar on Thursday morning, Dahal said the bandas called from November 11 to 20 will not make any impact in the November 19 elections.[break]
There is no meaning of the Banda if we are to draft constitution that addresses their demands as well as the people´s rights, he said.
He also informed that he has taken initiative for forging alliance with those favoring change and federalism for drafting a democratic constitution.
He also informed that parties have agreed to make constitution within one year of CA election.
At the program, Chairman Dahal expressed happiness over increasing wave of support to his party and claimed that his party will garner majority.
Dahal called on party workers to make the election successful as it is necessary for guaranteeing people´s rights and for resolution of political crisis in the country.
