Going under the hammer will be:
- The wet suit he wore surfing with Hobbits in New Zealand while shooting Lord of The Rings;
- Black suede loafers by Patrick Cox worn while making Lord of the Rings 10 years ago;
- Two Lord of the Rings posters, one signed by all the cast including Cate Blanchett, Elijah Wood, Ian McKellen and Andy Serkis;

- Hockey sticks and tennis rackets he used while a pupil at St Edmund´s School, Canterbury;
- His old guitar.
Money will be split between Canterbury´s new £23 million Marlowe Theater, of which the 32-year-old actor is a patron, a school in Nepal which he sponsored while working for UNESCO, cancer charity Odyssey and University of Kent music scholarships, a UK news portal reported.
Bids for the shoes are expected to start at £50.
Mum Sonia Copeland-Bloom, who still lives in Canterbury, said: "Orlando is quite happy about this. He said if I can raise money for good causes by selling his things then he will be delighted.
"They will all be authenticated in writing by me as belonging to Orlando. They include his sports equipment from St Edmund´s which he left with me. He was a keen sportsman in those days."
She is clearing out her home in the city center before moving to Tyler Hill.
Incredibly, she has ignored the lure of eBay, the international auction site, and is conducting the sale herself by asking buyers to send in sealed bids direct to her home.
She explained: "When these things go on the internet it can get out of hand and Orlando doesn´t like it."
But winners of the sealed-bid auction will all get signed photos of her Hollywood heart-throb actor son.
Orlando, currently in Los Angeles, was not available for comment.
His mum said: "After six years of back-to-back filming he is relaxing and taking out his girlfriend Miranda Kerr. She´s a lovely girl.
"He is not going for lead roles at the moment but is working on a film called Sympathy for Delicious in which he plays The Stain."
This week showbiz gossips were speculating that Orlando was about to get engaged to the 26-year-old blue-eyed Australian model. The pair have been dating for 18 months and were said to have moved into a $13 million Malibu mansion.
