According to police, the deceased has been identified as Rukmini KC, 49, of Lamatara. She breathed her last while undergoing treatment at Manipal Teaching Hospital.
The micro, Ga 1 Kha 1810, was heading towards Pokara from Tithyang,Bhotechaur when the incident occurred.
Police have suspected that the incident occurred after the brake of the vehicle stopped to work on a sloopy road .
Police said that they are searching for the absconding driver.
