New party for ethnic liberation: Rai

MANGALBARE (Ilam), April 9: Central Chairperson of Federal Socialist Party Ashok Rai has said that his party would not boycott the elections to Constituent Assembly (CA).



Rai, who has come in Ilam for training to cadres, said that the new party was established for ethnic liberation through federalism and class liberation through socialism.



He also demanded the scapping of 11-point agreement reached among four political parties. A 53-member towan committee was formed with Tek Bahadur Gurung as Chair on the presence of leader Rai.
