RUKUM, May 21: Nepali Congress central member Gagan Thapa has said that his party would not forge an alliance with any party in the forthcoming CA elections.
Speaking at a press meet organized by Nepal Press Union Rukum here this morning, leader Thapa claimed that the Nepali Congress would become the number one party post the fresh CA elections.[break]
Congress does not see any alternative to the elections and has stressed on holding the elections within the third week of November, he said.
