Unified Socialist to take initiatives to forge left alliance while keeping current five-party alliance intact

KATHMANDU, JULY 20: A Central Secretariat meeting of the CPN (Unified Socialist) has decided to take initiative to forge a left alliance while keeping the existing five-party alliance intact.

KATHMANDU, JULY 20: A Central Secretariat meeting of the CPN (Unified Socialist) has decided to take initiative to forge a left alliance while keeping the existing five-party alliance intact.


The meeting of the party held Tuesday under the chair of party Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal also decided to intensify the party's organization strengthening move, party general secretary Dr Bedu Ram Bhusal said.

Likewise, the meeting decided to prepare a proposal on the existing economic crisis of the country as well as a document on socialism as per the plan of action passed from the first meeting of the party's central council held on June 27 and 28.


Similarly, the CPN (Unified Socialist) has decided to impart training on the local-level representatives elected from the party on Wednesday and Thursday in Kathmandu.  


It is said that the central leaders of the party would impart training on rights of the local levels, autonomous governance, intergovernmental relations, coordination with the party and other concurrent issues.
