NC CWC meet put off

KATHMANDU, Oct 11: Nepali Congress Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting scheduled to be held on Sunday was put off till Tuesday due to the death of Chij Kumar Shrestha, 84, a leader of the party in Chitwan.



Shrestha, who was the president of Democratic Fighters´ Association, died at his residence in Chitwan on Saturday. He had been suffering from cancer for long.



NC flag was lowered to half mast to honor Shrestha on Sunday.
