Mohsin was suffering from paralysis for a long time and died while undergoing treatment at the hospital. [break]
His funeral was carried out as per Muslim tradition at the burial ground at Swayambhu, Kathmandu.
Mohsin had served as minister for information and communications during direct rule of King Gyanedra while he was tourism and agriculture minister during the party-less Panchayat system.
He is survived by his wife, a son and five daughters.
