Thanks to the mobile government service camps operating at Bhalankha and Ghoretar area, accessing government services has become an easy task for the locals residing in the remote parts of the district.
"In the past, we had to walk at least a day to reach Bhojpur headquarters for a simple paper work. But the mobile camp has eased our work a lot," said a local.
As per the record of mobile camps, most of the visitors have been inquiring about their citizenship cards. At least 50 persons have been coming for citizenship cards every day.
In the last two days, 238 locals have already got their citizenship cards made. "It's great to know that people have found comfort from the mobile service camps. We feel we have been able to fulfill our mission," said Bhojpur Chief District Officer (CDO), Dil Kumar Tamang.
Apart from the youths, elderly people both men and women and physically disabled people have largely benefited from the mobile camps.
Meanwhile, Chief of Bhojpur Women and Children Office, Sushila Acharya, said more of such camps will be organized for the locals. Acharya claimed of offering free medical treatment to 19 locals in a week.
