Minor abducted in Siraha

LAHAN, Jan 3: An unidentified armed gang has abducted a Nepali minor from Ladaniya Bazaar of India, linking to Bariyarpatti of Siraha district.



Shuvanta Gupta, a nine-year-old son of Suraj Gupta was kidnapped from his own home on Friday night, said the armed police border security post. According to the family source, the kidnappers have brought the minor to Nepal and are demanding a large amount in ransom.



Armed Police Force (APF) Inspector Naryan Thapa Magar said a joint team of the APF posted in the border area and Ladniya Police had launched a manhunt to nab the kidnappers.
