KATHMANDU, Jan 11: An earthquake of magnitude 3.6 occurred with the epicenter in Lamjung on Saturday morning at 5:27 am.
According to the National Seismological Center, the intensity of the earthquake was 3.6 magnitude. The center has stated that the earthquake’s epicenter was near a place called Khudi in Lamjung.
Earlier, on December 31, a 4.6 magnitude earthquake occurred with the epicenter in Baitadi. Similarly, on January 2, a 4.8 magnitude earthquake occurred with the epicenter in Sindhupalchowk.
On January 3, a 4.1 magnitude earthquake occurred with the epicenter in Manang. On the same day, a 4.4 magnitude earthquake occurred in Mugu.
Similarly, on January 7, a 7 magnitude earthquake occurred with the epicenter in Dingri, Tibet. The tremors of that earthquake were also felt in Kathmandu.
