Pusuni Devi Tharuni, 40, at Siswa Tole of Jabdi-4 in the district met an excruciating death at her husband´s hand following the dispute over Rs 50 he demanded with her.
Killer Sesh Lal Dhami, 42, asked for Rs 50 with poor Pusuni on Tuesday night and immediately shot her to death citing her denial, police said.
Murderer Dhami has been absconding after the killing and the dead one has been sent to District Hospital, Malangawa, for postmortem.
Wife Pusuni had given frequent death threats by the drunkard husband, police said quoting locals.
