Madhesi, Janajati parties announce alliance

KATHMANDU, Oct 1: The two Madhes-based political parties—Madhesi People´s Rights Forum (MPRF) and National Madhes Socialist Party (NMSP)—and five other Janajati parties announced the formation of their alliance named Federal Democratic Forum (FDF), on Monday.



The announcement came amid a press conference held in New Baneshwor this afternoon. Tamsaling Nepal Rastriya Dal (TNRD), Rastriya Janamukti Party, Khambuwan Swayatta Rajya Parishad, Janamukti Party Nepal and Nepal Shanti Samaj Party are the five Janajati parties in the new alliance. [break]
