The Council of Ministers of the Karnali Provincial Government has recommended to the Provincial Head Yagya Raj Joshi to convene the session. Spokesperson for the provincial government and Minister for Land Management, Agriculture, and Cooperatives, Binod Kumar Shah informed that the Council of Ministers on Friday decided to recommend to the Provincial Head to convene the assembly session February 1 at 1:00 PM.
