KATHMANDU, Jan 26: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to address the winter session of parliament on the first day. The winter session of parliament has been summoned for January 31.
CPN-UML Chief Whip Mahesh Bartaula said that PM Oli will address the winter session of parliament on the first day.

Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire held discussions with the chief whips of the ruling parties regarding the winter session on Sunday. He is scheduled to hold discussions with the chief whips of the opposition parties later today.
The winter session will include meetings of both the National Assembly and the House of Representatives.
