KATHMANDU, July 11: The house session scheduled to start at 8 a.m. Saturday could not convene after the Madhesi People’s Rights Forum faction led by Upendra Yadav refused to let the house run unless the party’s parliamentary office is vacated by the party’s faction led by Bijay Gachchadhar, according to our correspondent Thira Bhusal. Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, who had reached the parliament building, left it after the disruption.
