KATHMANDU, June 12: Hearing on the case of corruption against former minister Govinda Raj Joshi is to continue tomorrow too.
The hearing on the case had started on Monday and continued today as well. According to Court registrar Dhir Bahadur Chand, a division bench led by Court Chairman Gauri Bahadur Karki comprising members Om Prakash Mishra and Kedar Prasad Chalise is looking after the case of Joshi.
Former Minister Joshi has been facing the case on the accusation of misusing power and post with the misappropriation of Rs. 39.35 million.
