KATHMANDU, Oct 15: Government offices, which had been closed for the Dashain festival, have resumed operations from today.
Following the public holiday observed from Fulpati to Dwadashi during Bada Dashain, regular services in all government offices have officially restarted, allowing citizens to access public services as usual.
