Saroj Joshi, 16, of Bhimadutta Municipality-16, who had appeared in the exams from Mahendranagar Higher Secondary School, consumed poison Saturday evening after knowing her result in the afternoon.
She breathed her last while being treated at a hospital in Khatima, India, according to the police.
