Laliya Ram, 30 from Siraha, Dhangadi-7 was arrested by a special team of Siraha police from the Dhangadi market area.
He broke jail on 2008 August and has been on the run since then informed Siraha Police Chief Bikash Shrestha.
He was in the most wanted list of the police.
Ram was arrested with possession of arms and other valuables. 54 jail inmates broke the jail and are in the run since August 13, 2008, Ram was one among them.
However 5 inmates from among the 54 were arrested the very next day.
