Nabraj Hayu, 50, of Okhreni VDC-7 killed self by hanging in his house on Sunday. Local Jaya Bahadur Basnet said that Hayu could have committed suicide due to familial reasons. [break]
Similarly, Sumitra Ghimire, 35, of Betali VDC killed self by consuming poison, police said.
Likewise, two persons died after being struck by lightning in Kathjor VDC-8 in the district on Saturday evening.
Police said that Padam Kumari Dhungel, 75, and Apsara Bhujel, 15, died after the lightning struck them.
Likewise, Parshu Ram Neupane, 58, of Ramechhap VDC-3 was swept away in the river while taking a bath on the banks of Tamakoshi and Sunkoshi Rivers.
The police said that Neupane´s body was found in Sukajor VDC. Neupane is also a teacher at Sharada Higher Secondary School.
