Financial literacy workshop organized

KATHMANDU, April 11: Entrepreneurs Nepal (EN) organized a financial literacy workshop for children residing in Orphan Children Rescue Center (OCRC), Duwakot, Bhaktapur, on Friday.



Established in 2014 by a group of young and energetic experts from different fields, EN has been actively working in creating Financial Literacy for all ages and faces of society.

According to Manish Raj Shah, vice president of EN, children are the future youth, and they want to make the children aware about the financial needs, spending habits, benefits of savings at their early age, so that they will adopt good habit from their young age.


Some 22 children participated in the event where EN also organized games which involved spending, savings, banking and earnings. They also donated six piggy banks to children to inculcate savings habit in them.
