Talking to journalists here this morning, the UCPN (Maoist) leader said that constitution should be promulgated on consensus instead of the national unity government to tackle the national crisis caused due to the devastating earthquake.
Pokharel also said that the major political parties have reached in the final stage by agreeing on 60 per cent weight for the first-past-the-post and 40 per cent for the proportional electoral system and final touch to this end would be given within some days. RSS
