Twenty emerging Nepali photographers recently concluded a four- week-long photography course organized by Photo.Circle entitled “Introduction to Visual Storytelling.”
The course introduced participants to a wide range of visual styles and aesthetics in photography, and emphasized on the craft of building visual narratives.
“The work of those 20 photographers has been curated into one body work which tells one overall story of Kathmandu,” said Nayantara Gurung Kakshapati, co- founder of Photo.Circle.

The exhibition is solely focused on fresh development in the contemporary photography genre in Nepal.
The 20 photographers, who are being featured, are Aayusha Shrestha, Abhinav joshi, Anjali Maharjan, Anuj Acharya, Arjun Karki, Bikram Rai, Krishna Sinjali, Phurpu Tsering Gurung, Prasiit Sthapit, Prem Sherpa, Priti Sherchan, Pujan Harsha Bajracharya, Sachindra Rajbansi, Sajana Shrestha, Sapna Shah, Shristi Rajbhandari, Shrijit Rajbhandari, Sujan Shrestha, Sunil Pradhan and Uma Bista.
The exhibition will be open from 12pm to 7pm until April 13.
