KATHMANDU, Dec 9: Dr Gauri Shankar Lal Das has been honoured with the Rashtriya Sadachar Samman (National Good Conduct Award)-2075 BS.
The Transparency International (TI) Nepal presented the award to Dr Das amid a function organized in the capital today for his good conduct and role of making corruption free society. He was awarded today on the occasion of International day against corruption (December-9)

Former speaker Daman Nath Dhungana presented the award to Dr Das. Dr Das is the fourth person to be feted with the award so far. Earlier, former Prime Minister Krishna Prasad Bhattarai, cultural expert Satya Mohan Joshi and Dr Govinda KC were feted with the awards.
Speaking on the occasion, CIAA chief Navin Kumar Ghimire committed to taking action against the corrupt to make the society decent and honest. RSS
