Kamal Darnal, 30, who hails from Sanne-2 and had been living in Jitpur, had come to Saraswati Clinic after having urinary problems and died on Monday afternoon during treatment.
Darnal’s kin and the locals have handed over the clinic’s staffer Ashok Sah to police in Leguwa.
