Critics discuss on 'Agnipath'

KATHMANDU, Oct 26: Critics held a talk programme on a novel ´Agnipath´, authored by Keshav Prasad Pudasaini on Saturday morning in the capital.



Chairman of the Progressive Writers´ Association, Amar Giri was of the view that the novel carried out real picture of a decade-long war. [break]







"The novel portrays live picture of a decade-long war that claimed around 14,000 lives," Giri added. Addressing the talk program, literature analyst and professor at the Tribhuwan University, Ram Prasad Bhattarai said that the novel gives a good portrait of the war-era.



Writer Govinda Luitel pointed out that the novel has a lot of grammatical errors. ´Agnipath´ was published by Sitaram Regmi in last September
